Executive Mentorship & Coaching
A confidential, structured partnership for founders and sales leaders who want honest counsel and measurable personal performance.
The deliverables
What you get. In plain words.
✓ A trusted, confidential sounding board for the decisions that carry real weight.
✓ Structured sessions with clear scorecards, so progress is visible, not vague.
✓ Live deal breakdowns: positioning, objections, negotiation and close strategy.
✓ A personal operating system: routines, decision frameworks and emotional discipline.
✓ Leadership resilience for the AI era, with a human first approach throughout.
How it works
Simple, structured, measured.
Leadership can be profoundly isolating. The pace of change, the weight of decisions and the pressure to project confidence make it difficult to think clearly. These sessions are the protected space where you do that thinking, with someone who has operated at a high level in demanding environments.
Engagements often begin with an intensive first 90 days: twelve structured sessions establishing a weekly rhythm, clear scorecards and disciplined execution. From there, many clients continue with an ongoing cadence of performance reviews and forward looking strategy sessions.
This is not motivation. It is structure, honesty and accountability, and it is always earned on demonstrated results.
Is this for you?
This is right for you if:
You are a founder or senior revenue leader experiencing inconsistency in your results, feeling overwhelmed by market changes, or operating below the level you know you are capable of. You want structure, honesty and accountability. You believe in human to human business.
What is the difference between mentoring and coaching?
Mentoring is my experience made available to you. I have led sales and carried the weight of the decisions you are facing, so I can tell you what I would do and why. Coaching is drawing the answers out of you, so the judgement becomes your own. Most engagements blend the two, but the weight sits on working on the business rather than in it: stepping back from the day to day to make good strategic moves that are aligned with the goals you actually care about. The aim is better decisions, made with more confidence, that hold up when I am not in the room.
Is it confidential?
Completely. This is a private, one to one relationship and nothing said in a session leaves it. That confidentiality is the point. It is the protected space where you can think out loud, admit what you are unsure of, and work through the decisions that carry real weight, without having to project confidence to a board, a team or an investor.
How are the sessions structured?
Engagements usually begin with an intensive first 90 days: twelve sessions on a weekly rhythm, with clear scorecards and one live plan, so progress is visible rather than vague. To keep our time on judgement rather than gathering information, the sessions are backed by Perch, the backroom team we are building for the AI era. A strategic AI does the overnight groundwork across your sales, market and competition, so we walk into each session already briefed and spend it on the strategic calls that move you toward your goals.
What does it cost?
Engagements are structured as outcome based, time boxed investments, priced against the sessions committed and the results you are working towards, so the cost is clear up front and tied to value rather than open ended. The right structure depends on your goals, and that is the first conversation we will have.
